5. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed based on the number of characters processed and target languages selected. Subscription plans provide monthly credits that reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuraSubtitle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload to NeuraSubtitle. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

NeuraSubtitle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
