End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NeuraSubtitle for the use of our software and services. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using our service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, NeuraSubtitle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our service for your personal or commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The service, including all software, code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and other content, is the exclusive property of NeuraSubtitle and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain all ownership rights to any content, data, or files you upload to our service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and ensure you have the necessary rights to do so.

4.2 License to Use User Content

By uploading content to our service, you grant NeuraSubtitle a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate

5. Service Availability and Modifications

NeuraSubtitle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in our refund policy.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURASUBTITLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NeuraSubtitle operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
