What is NeuraSubtitle?

How do credits work?
Credits are consumed based on the number of characters in your subtitle file and the number of target languages:
- 1 credit = 1,000 characters
- Credits are multiplied by the number of target languages
- Example: 20,000 characters × 3 languages = 60 credits
What file formats are supported?
We support the most common subtitle formats: SRT (SubRip), VTT (WebVTT), and TXT. You can upload files in any of these formats and export to any supported format.
Which languages are supported?
NeuraSubtitle supports translation to and from a wide range of languages, including major languages such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and many more. Our AI translation is specifically optimized for subtitle content.
How accurate are the translations?

What happens to my files after processing?
Your files are stored securely using Amazon S3. You can access and download your processed files at any time through your dashboard. Files are retained according to our data retention policy, and you can delete them at any time.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the size of your file and the number of target languages. Most jobs are completed within a few minutes. Pro and Agency plan subscribers receive priority processing for faster results.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month do not roll over. We recommend using your credits before the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure and private?
